Terms of Sale and Use

What you are buying

A licence to use the SnapDeck Mac app for your own personal or business use, on Macs you use. You may not resell it, rent it, or redistribute it.

• One-time purchase ($29): a permanent licence for the version you bought and any updates we choose to release for it. It does not expire and it does not depend on any subscription.
• Monthly subscription ($5/month): access for as long as the subscription is active. If you cancel or payment fails, the app stops adding new screenshots to the shelf. Your screenshots are untouched — they stay on your Mac exactly where macOS saved them, and you can still open them normally.

Licence checks

The app checks your licence with our server periodically, and stores a signed token so it keeps working offline for a time. If our server is unreachable, the app keeps working — an outage on our side will never lock you out.

Payment and cancellation

Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically each month at the price shown at purchase until you cancel. You can cancel at any time, and cancelling stops future charges; we do not pro-rate part-months unless the law where you live requires it.

Refunds — 14 days, no argument

If SnapDeck isn't for you, email support@snapdeck.net within 14 days of your purchase and we will refund you in full. You do not have to give a reason.

If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you have a statutory 14-day right to withdraw from a purchase of digital content. Nothing here reduces that right, and these terms do not ask you to waive it.

What SnapDeck does not promise

SnapDeck is provided as it is. We work hard to make it reliable, but we cannot promise it will be free of every bug, or that it will suit a particular purpose you have in mind. It is a convenience layer over files macOS already saves — it is not a backup tool, and you should not rely on it as one.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud, and nothing limits rights that consumer law gives you and does not allow us to exclude.

Ending the licence

We may suspend a licence that is being used fraudulently — for example a key shared publicly or a payment reversed after a chargeback. Otherwise your licence continues under the plan you bought.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. If you are a consumer elsewhere, you keep the protections of the mandatory consumer law where you live, and you may bring proceedings there.
